Third Judicial District Drug Court Begins Taking Cases

The newly formed Third Judicial District Drug Court is set to hear its first cases on Thursday, April 17, 2008, in the Lafayette County Chancery Building. The Drug Court will take cases from throughout the Third Judicial District, which includes the following counties: Lafayette, Marshall, Benton, Tippah, Union, Calhoun and Chickasaw.
