keel came to Harley's home in the middle nite & woke Harley up being loud. A dispute took place, with Harley trying to protect himself and his son,Codie. The end result is a man is dead(which is tragic),but Harley was protecting himself & and his son, Codie was protecting his father. The sad thing is that these are poor people and they can not afford to hire a criminal lawyer,so we the family will just have to pray that the public defenders they get (sometime in the distant future)will do a fantastic job. Codie is only 17 years old and I realize he could get the dead chamber, and Harley 20 years in prison It's so sad that nite it was asked if Codie needed a lawyer and one of the officers told the asker "no he would not need one). The Panolian had just about all the information in the story wrong. This makes me wonder, who supplied the information? Was it the same person that decided that defending your home and your family is called murder?
